these rules and to be bound by them.

Express Linen Rentals reserves the right
to update or modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time without prior
notice. It is your responsibility to
check these Terms and Conditions each
time before using this site. Your
continued use of this website following
any such change will mean that you
accept and agree to the changes.

Customer agrees to use all Express Linen
Rentals rental property (“rental
property”) in a careful and proper
manner, comply with all applicable laws
and regulations, and return property in
the same condition as when received.
Customer agrees to assume all risk of
loss and of damage to rental property
from any cause whatsoever.

Customer acknowledges that the rental
property is of a size, design and
quantity selected by Customer and that
Express Linen Rentals has not made and
does not make any representation,
warranty, or covenant, express or
implied, with respect to the condition,
quality, durability, or suitability of
the rental property. Express Linen
Rentals will not be liable to Customer
for any loss or damage caused directly
or indirectly by the rental property and
rental service, by any inadequacy
thereof, or defects therein.

Customer will indemnify Express Linen
Rentals against any claim, action,
damages, and liability, including
attorney’s fees, arising or connected
with Customer’s use and possession of
the rental property or Customer’s use of
our rental service.

Customer will be responsible for all
costs incurred by Express Linen Rentals
due to Customer’s ordering errors, such
as incorrect date of usage, color,
quantity, or sizes.

Express Linen Rentals has made
considerable efforts to insure the
accurate display of the colors of linen
on our website. However, the actual
colors you see will depend on your
monitor. We cannot guarantee that your
monitor’s display of any color will be
accurate.

Customer is responsible to check item(s)
on delivery. ALL SHORTAGES AND DEFECTS
MUST BE REPORTED TO EXPRESS LINEN
RENTALS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT OR THE
INVOICE QUANTITIES WILL BE CONSIDERED
RECEIVED. Please call us at 206-246-2292
24hrs a day to report any issues. For
after hour calls, you may leave a
message.
- A 30%
deposit is due in order to confirm your
reservation; except for clients with
pre-established terms. Deposits are
non-refundable on cancellations made 60
days or less prior to rental date and
can not be applied to restocking fees.
All deposits must be paid with a valid
Visa, MasterCard or Discover. The
remaining invoice balance will be
charged to the card provided 7 days
prior to delivery. Reduction in item
counts must be made up to 8 days prior
to the delivery. Changes made after that
date will be charged a 50% restocking
fee. All items delivered will be charged
in full. We do not accept cash deposits.
The deposit card number provided will be
used for any replacement, cleaning, late
return or other fees incurred unless
prearranged with Express Linen Service.

Custom orders are non-cancelable at any
time.
- All
payments must be made before deliver of
the order. We accept Cash, VISA,
MasterCard, or Discover. Except for
clients with pre-established terms, we
currently do not accept personal or
business checks or any other payment
form.

Standard delivery is based on wheeled
access 50 feet from the truck. All items
will be dropped off in a central
location. If you need multiple drop off
locations, please let your coordinator
know in advance so the appropriate
arrangements can be made. Additional
charges may apply.
Please inform your coordinator if the
delivery area involves stairs,
elevators, hills or is more than 50ft
from the loading zone or are not wheel
accessible so we can determine the
appropriate delivery charges. Additional
fees will be assessed on site for hills,
stairs, long distances and multiple
elevator trips not previously determined
with the coordinator.
Someone needs to be available to receive
the delivery when the driver arrives
unless previously arranged. Additional
labor charges will be applied if drivers
must wait for someone to arrive. Please
be sure to provide at least one back up
phone number where we may reach you.
- All
rental property held beyond the agreed
upon due date is subject to an extra
rental charge.
- All
rental items must be returned in the
condition they were received. Items will
be checked and counted by our staff at
the warehouse on return. If there are
any exceptions, you will be advised via
email or phone. Items returned
excessively dirty, stained or with wax
will be assessed & charged a cleaning
fee. You will not be charged for stains
that occur under normal usage. All
damaged or lost linens are subjected to
replacement. Replacement cost is three
times standard rental cost. You will own
damaged linens after replacement cost is
paid and the item(s) will be available
for customer pick up for 10 days. If the
item(s) are not claimed with in 10 days
of payment, they will be discarded. All
charges will be applied to the card
provided unless otherwise pre-arranged
with our office. Charge accounts will be
invoiced for damages and missing items.

Equipment is to be stacked in its
original delivery area unless other
arrangements have been made. Before
packing linens for return/pick up make
sure to remove all food, floral or other
miscellaneous debris. All used linens
need to be packed in provided bags
enclosed name tags. Do not use plastic
bags to store used linens, as mildew can
occur unexpectedly in even slightly damp
linens when sealed in plastic.
Used chair covers need to be packed
separate from sashes and overlays.
Plastic containers which store chair
covers need to be returned. $25.00 will
subject to be charged for missing
container and bags.
Additional fees will be assessed if
items are not prepared for pickup.

Shipped orders must be returned in the
same box it was received in. A return
label will be provided. When multiple
boxes are used in shipping, it is
important to use the return label
included in each box. Customer agrees to
be responsible for any additional
charges that arise from switching labels
and/or boxes. Additional shipping
charges will be applied to the credit
card provided for deposit.
